Volunteer Process
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Taylor Made Foundation (TMF). As a non-profit organization, TMF has a small staff and relies heavily on our team of volunteers who play a vital role in providing companionship to the elderly in nursing homes, as well as planning and fundraising for our Annual Once Upon a Prom Boutique Day Event. We couldn’t achieve success without our compassionate and dedicated volunteers.

If you are interested in volunteering with TMF, please follow these steps:
1. Be of age. Individual volunteer positions have a minimum age requirement of 15. Specialty volunteer programs/opportunities also are available for Teens, Families, Groups, and Youth.
2. Submit a volunteer application. All potential TMF volunteers must have a volunteer application on file before being considered for the volunteer program and invited to attend a New Volunteer Orientation. Our volunteer applications help us learn more about you and match your experience with our needs. Volunteer applications are available online. Please read the entire process before filling out an application.
3. Complete the online orientation, interview, and one-on-one mentored training session. Before you begin volunteering at the TMF, we require you to:
4. Make a commitment to volunteering 4 hours per month annually. A 12-month commitment is required for most volunteer positions, but there also are some flexible options. Once a volunteer placement has been worked out, a staff member or lead volunteer will work with you to schedule any required additional training and volunteer shifts.
